Themeglory provides you free and premium themes and plugins for your WordPress website. Our themes and plugins are sold as a digital download through our website.
Themeglory provides support services for its products to Clients with active subscription. Support is provided via the Themeglory Support Forum. Upon subscription expiration, a Client’s access to support is terminated.
Support is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features, nor do we provide support for any third-party software you might choose to use with our product. You should not expect customization for functionality not already provided within our theme.
Theme Support is provided only on the Support Forum. We do not give any support via e-mail, comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Our themes or plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, ensure that you will use the most current version of our themes.
Premium theme updates are available only to active members within their date of subscriptions whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 5.2.4 or greater (recommended: PHP 5.4 or greater) and MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater). http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/. We can ensure but not guaranteed, that themes/plugin will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers.
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 10 and above.
Themeglory reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the theme without prior notice Also, to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our themes – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modify the theme files. Also we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
If you are experiencing a technical issue, before requesting a refund, let our support team help resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help you. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problem.
